Using suitable tire can reduce unnecessary maintenance cost and extend the service life of forklift.
1) Outdoor work, in good road conditions, the working distance is far (500 meters or more), recommended
you choose the inflatable tires, as solid tire is difficult to withstand the longdistance, uninterrupted operation
of internal heat.
2) In more cases, it's recommended to choose solid tires. Solid tires do not need air pressure maintenance of
pneumatic tires, and there is no safety hazard caused by puncture of pneumatic tires.
High quality solid tires are much better than pneumatic tires in terms of cost performance, maintenance free and
longer replacement cycle. Under the conditions of moderate working strength, distance and load, solid tires with
side holes with higher damping effect are a good choice for better safety and comfort.
3) Operate in a clean room, it is recommended that you choose light-colored non-imprinted solid tires,
which can greatly reduce the obvious black marks left on the ground by the forklift truck during load transport,
especially during steering and emergency stop.
