Internal combustion forklift thermostat, also known as temperature regulator, function is based on the temperature of cooling water automatically adjust the amount of water into the radiator, change the water cycle range, in order to adjust the cooling capacity of the cooling system, ensure that the engine works in the appropriate temperature range.The thermostat must be kept in good technical condition, otherwise it will seriously affect the normal operation of the engine.If the thermostat main valve is opened too late, it will cause engine overheating;If the main valve of internal combustion forklift is opened too early, the engine preheating time will be prolonged and the engine temperature will be too low.At this time, it can be judged whether the thermostat is in good working condition. When the engine starts to run cold, if there is cooling water flowing out from the water inlet pipe of the water supply chamber of the water tank, the main valve of the thermostat cannot be closed.When the temperature of cooling water of the engine exceeds 70 degrees Celsius, there is no cooling water flowing out from the inlet pipe of the water inlet chamber of the water tank, indicating that the main valve of the thermostat cannot be opened normally, and then it needs to be repaired.
