Fault Checking Of Starters

- Dec 21, 2018-

The starter often appears can not turn or slow rotation of the fault and phenomenon, in this case, should be examined in the following aspects:

1, the battery without electricity or weak power, so there is a starter can not turn or slow rotation of the fault.

2, starter head head loose or shedding, switch or adsorption switch failure.

3, brush wear or brush surface is not right, spring weakness, so that the rectifier contact is poor.

4, excitation coil or armature coil short circuit and circuit breaker.

5, rectifier fouling, mica slices protruding, resulting in poor contact between the brush and rectifier.
